Beenham
Salary Up to £55,000 DOE
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 7:30am – 3:30pm. This is a management position and some flexibility will be required depending upon business needs.

It’s within this successful team at Marley, that we’re recruiting for a Maintenance Manager reporting into our Site Engineering Manager. This role will be integral to the day to day running of the site.
About the role…
You will lead a team of 5 direct reports and 12 indirect reports with operational activities defined to your area, which include overall safe operation of plant and equipment, safety, quality, waste and OEE targets, and people management. You’ll ensure that process control checks and records are completed to company standards and manage quality incidents through a non-conformance process, guaranteeing all affected products or materials are contained/controlled.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
* Lead the site Engineering Maintenance team to deliver production plans, service levels & engineering strategy within quality, safety, and cost parameters.
* Responsible for Major Incident Reports (MIR) and work with peers to identify root causes of significant/complex equipment failures and ensure robust countermeasures are implemented.
* Implement & deliver the engineering strategy that develops and drives reliability, improves quality, safety, and asset utilization via all direct & indirect reports.
* Implement best practice maintenance principles.
* Day-to-day site management inclusive of Engineering systems, structures, resources, processes, and ways of working.
* Responsible for the delivery of engineering KPIs that complement manufacturing performance, manufacturing KPIs, and objectives.
* Complete a variety of different projects.
* Liaise with vendors and contractors to meet production/maintenance deadlines.
* Recognize best practices from within and outside the business and work with stakeholders to implement these across the business while supporting continuous improvement opportunities.
* Coach and develop direct reports. Monitor and improve performance through appraisal, performance management, and personal development plans to ensure that their full potential is realized.
