Responsibilities:
1. Provide tailored educational support to students with behavioural challenges
2. Develop and implement individualised learning plans based on student needs
3. Conduct behavioural assessments and create intervention strategies
4. Collaborate with other stakeholders to support student progress
5. Monitor and track student's behavioural improvements and academic achievements
Minimum Requirements:
* Relevant qualification in Education, Psychology, or related field
* Experience working with students with behavioural difficulties
* Strong understanding of behavioural intervention strategies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles
