About the role Reporting to the Facility & Security Manager as part of the Facilities Team, you will play a key role in supporting colleagues and other business stakeholders by providing day to day advice on QHSE matters to enable Likewize to meet its own legal requirements, varying ISO standards and to ensure compliance with internal QHSE policies. To promote a positive culture within the business by providing 1st class QHSE support. Responsibilities: To assist in managing all QHSE disciplines (HSMS, EMS & QMS) within the business to ensure compliance with ISO Certification through a process of continual improvement. To provide accurate and timely day to day QHSE advice and guidance to Likewize colleagues, customers and other stakeholders as requested. To liaise with Managers and business leaders to ensure audits are performed in a timely fashion and corrective actions managed effectively. Monitor the scheduling and completion of all QHSE audits and report to the business on progress. Support compliance testing of tools & equipment (PAT, Calibration & Lifting Equipment) is undertaken by appointed agents at the prescribed intervals and report on completion. To ensure all subcontractors are fully compliant with company safety policies, Permit to work controls and work safely whilst on site and escalate any issues to Facility Manager and FM Team. To communicate with and provide support to line and account managers to meet customer requests for QHSE information relating to our activities. Monitor company policies and objectives to ensure they are being implemented effectively and support line management where appropriate in rectifying any shortcomings. To support local line managers with ownership of accident & incident reports to ensure completeness and consistency. Attend local team meetings to support the manager in promoting the Likewize safety culture. Ensure relevant departmental QSHE KPI’s are compiled in a timely fashion and distributed to key stakeholders within the business. To assist in the development of support systems to further enhance departmental management. Support with any other Facility Team duties as directed by line manager Respect the value of information by following Likewize's data protection / information security policies and procedures Requirements Essential Strong understanding of quality management systems and regulatory compliance. IOSH / NEBOSH Trained with experience Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and 14001 potentially 45001 Proficiency in conducting audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations. Ability to develop and implement safety programs and training sessions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various teams. Flexibility and adaptability to changing regulatory requirements and operational needs are also important Desirable Formal training in ISO requirements Lead Auditor trained - Understanding of other ISO standards – 22301 / 27001 / 45001 Knowledge of sustainability reportable processes – Valpak / ESOS / SECR / ESG and CDP Personal Attributes Attention to detail Analytical thinking Ability to lead by example are crucial.
