Job Description:
Reporting to the Operations Manager - Live-in Treatment, the Live-in Treatment Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for the overall scheduling of approximately 45 full-time and part-time staff and 25-30 relief youth workers for three community-based live-in treatment programs for children and youth receiving mental health treatment services. This position responds to short notice absence calls and creates program schedules based on pre-existing rotational templates, time-off requests, vacant positions, and training cycles. In addition, this position is responsible for payroll data entry, staff records monitoring, and updating staff lists for licensing and compliance purposes.
Although this position will have the option for remote work, it requires on-site work at various Kinark locations to meet program needs.
Qualifications:
* Related Post-secondary education
* Strong computer skills and proficiency in Outlook and Excel
* Experience working with Kronos and Peoplesoft platforms would be an asset
* 3 years of experience creating schedules in a 24/7 work environment
* Experience working with collective agreements and ESA requirements
* Satisfactory Criminal Record Check (including a Vulnerable Sector Screening) and Pre-Employment Medical.
