We currently have a vacancy for a Digital Marketing Manager (6 month contract) at Adgen based in our Leamington Spa office (fully remote working may be considered for the right candidate).
The Digital Marketing Manager will join our digital team, working alongside 3 colleagues and reporting into the Director of Digital Marketing.
The main purpose of the role is to support the needs of our clients during a particularly busy period for our business. As SEM and Social Media marketing continues to play a central role in almost all our client campaigns, we’re now looking to bolster our digital team. Our aim is to offer results driven, measurable and exciting digital strategies to our clients. To do this, we’re seeking an ambitious Digital Marketing Manager who’ll be responsible for developing and implementing digital ad campaigns across a variety of platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft, Meta, and other social networks.
You'll be responsible for:
1. Campaign activation, optimisation and reporting across all live platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.
2. Creating media plans and providing spend forecasts.
3. Ensuring all media is booked and reconciled on time according to the financial process.
4. Auditing accounts to improve performance.
5. Proactively finding innovative ways to boost campaigns' performance.
6. Liaising with 3rd party providers and partners to resolve any issues as they arise.
7. Assisting in developing the agency’s Paid Media offering, proactively suggesting new partners or approaches.
8. Contributing to team meetings, team initiatives, and knowledge sharing.

The things we are looking for throughout the application process are:
1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field (preferred).
2. Excellent communication skills - as you’ll be dealing with clients on a day-to-day basis.
3. Expert understanding of PPC and SEM and a passion for digital marketing and social media.
4. A highly analytical mind and a strong attention to detail.
5. Ability to work independently with excellent organisational, prioritisation, and decision-making skills.
6. Good project management skills to manage constant workload.
What are we offering?
The salary range for this role is £35,000 - £40,000 and this is dependent on skills and experience.
