As a Senior Rota Administrator, you will manage processes by capturing and recording on our systems for our local operational services. You will manage and support a Rota Administration Team to effectively and efficiently plan, book and deploy staff using a web-based system. Through forward looking, the Team will proactively establish, clearly identify gaps and provide cover to support staff rotas. You will develop close working relationships with Team Leaders, Assistant Service Managers, Service Managers and other organisational departments to ensure service contracts are met and maximised cover achieved. You will be the main point of feedback regarding the rotas. As Senior Rota Administrator you will set up and liaise with new employees to support and embed induction processes, and link with training to roster in Care Planner.
