Our huddle is expanding! We're a small digital agency that strives to excel in exceptional user-centered design and web application development within the membership, charity and not-for-profit sectors.
* Location: Hybrid - Ware, Hertfordshire
Since launching in 2018, we continue to grow and due to a busy period of winning new clients, we’re looking for a Digital Project & Client Manager to join our team on a part-time basis (2-3 days per week). This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with clients, ensuring smooth project delivery, and keeping everything on track.
The role
As a Digital Project & Client Manager, you will be the key point of contact between our clients and our digital team. You’ll manage client relationships, organise project timelines and budgets, and ensure that everything runs smoothly. You’ll also handle monthly reporting and coordinate client calls.
This is a hybrid role, so you’ll need to be within easy reach of our office for in-person meetings when required. We offer flexible working patterns to fit around your schedule.
Responsibilities
* Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring clear communication between them and our digital team
* Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, keeping clients updated and expectations managed
* Organise and track project progress, flagging risks or delays early
* Schedule and (eventually) lead weekly/monthly client calls, ensuring transparency and alignment
* Handle monthly project reporting to provide insights into project status and performance
* Support with resourcing and scheduling work within the team
* Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and drive long-term partnerships
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in digital agencies, web development, or project management (or a related role)
* Strong communication and client-facing skills – confident in managing expectations and delivering updates
* Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once
* Comfortable working with budgets and timelines to ensure smooth project delivery
* Understanding of website builds and digital projects (not necessarily a developer, but must grasp the process)
* Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, JIRA, Google Workplace) is a plus.
* Ability to work independently and proactively within a hybrid environment
Where you will work
* This role is remote/hybrid with ideally 2 days in the office, 1 day from home
* Our office is in Ware, Hertfordshire
* You will be given what you need to work from home effectively
What we can offer
