* Providing pharmaceutical support through the reviewing of prescribing data, performing audits, and recommending changes in prescribing practices with your key focus being to improve the health and wellbeing outcomes for the patients of Elmbank
* You will be supported and mentored by our existing team of experienced primary and secondary care clinical pharmacists and pharmacy technicians and will also be provided the opportunity to further develop your skills by undertaking in house training.
* Working as part of a friendly and supportive pharmacy team and using own initiative
* Assisting with pharmacy-related improvements within the practice
* Pharmacy Technician SVQ3 or BTEC in Pharmaceutical Sciences or Equivalent
* Strong clinical knowledge with the ability to work on your own initiative
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to a primary care setting
