Addison Project require a contractor to provide Health & Safety Management Services for a tank farm project based in Fife. This scope is for 7 months. Services to be provided: Review of design packages to ensure safe-effective installation methodologies. Assist in developing the installation construction programme. Assist in developing health and safety management systems on-site, including regular safety audits. Management of contractor safety managers. Implementation of CDM Construction Phase H&S Plan. Daily SIMOPs coordination of installation contractors, including work planning, look-aheads, inter-trade coordination, progress monitoring and reporting, and construction programme progress updates. Production of weekly SOR and monthly safety reports. Oversight and auditing of the Principal Contractor, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations. Client-side support, overseeing and auditing the Principal Contractor. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations. Experience Required: Demonstrable Health and Safety Management experience working on Onshore UK Construction Projects, specifically within F&B or FMCG sectors. Minimum NEBOSH Diploma / NVQ Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Practice. Demonstrable experience reviewing, writing, adhering to, and guiding on-site teams in current Health & Safety procedures and legislation. Health & Safety Audits. Up-to-date CDM experience and knowledge. Excellent reporting and analysis skills.
