Youwill work alongside our inpatient Psychologist and be well supported by a team of four qualified Psychologists, two CAPs and two Assistant Psychologists who provide input across our Memory Assessment Service, Mild Cognitive Impairment pathway, and post-diagnostic Dementia Service, Supervision will be provided by a senior Psychologist and youwill also benefit from access to the wider professional network of Clinical Psychologists within EPUT. Our teams CPD interests are diverse and include qualifications in neuropsychology, ACT, EMDR, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapies. Psychologists working in the Trust enjoy close academic and training links with the University of Essex Doctoral Training Course and CAP programme and provide regular placements for trainees. You will also benefit from access to the wider professional network in the Psychological Services Directorate with interests in CFT, DBT, systemic therapy, CAT and psychotherapy. The post comes with opportunities for CPD related to career progression and service needs with up to £6K, calculated pro rata, available over three years. Applications from newly qualified Clinical/Counselling Psychologists are welcomed for a Band 7 preceptorship.
