In this role, you’ll work closely with the wider marketing team, with a key focus on delivering key journeys for new and existing customers - optimising strategies through personalisation, automation, and retention activities. The campaigns are cutting edge and emotive and you’ll help create and deliver communications via their key platforms - email, WhatsApp & SMS and in-building assets for their wide audience segments. Another key element will be to support with all stages of their CRM process including building email campaigns using Dotdigital, Marketing Cloud & Salesforce to define actions relating to campaigns, setting up the audiences, as well as carrying out relevant testing and scheduling. You will also get involved in the analysis of customer data & behaviour to obtain actionable insights and inform CRM initiatives. The essential bit is that you’ll need 1-2 years’ experience in a marketing or agency environment and be able to demonstrate sound knowledge of CRM software platforms such as Salesforce, Dotdigital & Marketing Cloud. It may suit a marketing grad with a year out who has a solid grounding in email, data & communications and appreciates how the different marketing channels link together is also handy.
