Job Description: Strategy Manager
Our client, a high-profile International Food Group with exciting expansion plans, has engaged QLM Search to recruit a Strategy Manager.
Reporting to: President - Global Strategy
This is a unique position within the group, focusing on key strategic projects and M&A ventures. The role is critical in executing the company's growth agenda.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the senior leadership team to develop, enhance, and communicate company strategy across international markets.
2. Support regional management teams in implementing key changes, decision-making, and leading change and transformation initiatives that impact performance.
3. Utilize analytical and planning skills to identify trends, opportunities, and threats to inform strategic planning.
4. Build stakeholder relationships across functions and influence behavior through clear analysis and presentation.
Qualifications:
Candidates should have a proven track record in a strategic role within EMEA or Asia Pacific regions, ideally within a complex international group. Experience in developing and implementing strategies across matrix-structured businesses in both established and emerging markets is essential. Candidates with backgrounds in management consulting or corporate environments, combining strategic thinking with operational delivery, are preferred. Strong leadership, presentation skills, and the ability to travel internationally are required.
