Supporting the annual reward cycle by sourcing data, building tools, modelling scenarios, and analysing outcomes. Developing accurate pay and incentive models for payroll uploads and manager communication packs. Handle job matching and pay benchmarking, including participating in surveys and analysing data to keep rewards competitive. Using salary survey data and external insights to benchmark roles against the market and make clear, actionable recommendations. Monitoring market trends through benchmarking data, collaborate with third parties for insights, and share findings with Reward Managers. Why we’d love you to apply. Broad understanding of HR and how these fits within a Reward context. Numerical and analytical skills experience and working in environment that requires a strong attention to detail.
