At Delore Care, we prioritise our staff and workers as we believe that this will have a direct impact on the welfare of the people that we care for. This role will be providing care support in Havens & Seaford, Lewes, Hailsham, Heathfield, Eastbourne, and Hastings localities.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
1. Support & assist with personal care.
2. Prompting and administering medication.
3. Support with shopping and appointments.
4. Providing support with hobbies and social activities.
5. Providing companionship, being supportive & friendly.
6. Helping patients with their everyday duties.
7. Preparing light meals.
8. Light domestic duties.

Skills Required:
1. Experience preferred but not essential as you will be trained.
2. Reliable and trustworthy as lone working is required.
3. Have a caring and nurturing personality.
4. Managing different medical conditions like dementia, autism, and challenging behaviour.
5. Passion and commitment to provide outstanding care.
6. Having an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is a great advantage or be willing to work towards this.
Requirements:
1. Proof of Right to work in the UK.
2. Proof of NI on official document (except you are new in the country and yet to obtain NI number).
3. 2 Proofs of address within the last 3 months.
4. Valid DBS check or willing to pay for a new DBS.
5. Able to provide contact details for 2 references.
6. Driving licence is required.
