Your new role
1. Understanding customer requirements and undertaking research into specified products and alternative product sourcing
2. Analysing market trends and data to identify product recommendations
3. Negotiating best value for money
4. Developing relationships with stakeholders and suppliers
What you'll need to succeed
1. Purchasing, supply chain experience or knowledge with a passion to develop a career in procurement (e.g., Purchasing Assistant, Purchasing Administrator, Buying Assistant)
2. Excellent communication, engagement, and relationship-building skills - the right culture fit is crucial
3. Ability to analyse market trends and identify merchandising strategies
4. Proactive, flexible, and adaptable, willing to learn, team player mentality
