Reliability Engineer with an electrical bias required for a leading name within the beverage industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company with a great reputation who can offer ongoing training and career development. The successful candidate will play an integral role in developing processes as the company develops long-term growth plans.
This role would suit an electrically biased engineer from any process-driven background. You will need previous experience working with and understanding lean methodologies and will hold a HNC (or equivalent).
Reporting into the Engineering Manager, the successful candidate will work as part of a team responsible for managing CAPEX projects on site and will ensure preventative maintenance processes are implemented.
The Reliability Engineer Role:
1. Management of the delivery of improvement projects (including capital)
2. Using methodologies such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Reliability-Centred Maintenance (RCM), and ensuring they are standardised
3. Identify and plan improvement projects
4. Involved in the production of CAPEX approval requests where required
5. Review maintenance processes
The Reliability Engineer Candidate:
1. Electrically biased engineer
2. Hold a HNC (or equivalent)
3. Experience in a process environment manufacturing or similar
4. Understanding of lean methodology
5. Analytical experience to drive engineering solutions
