About the Role: Teach Drama across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential for teaching at Key Stage 5. Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons that cater to different learning styles and abilities. Use a variety of teaching methods and resources, including improvisation, devising, and script work, to develop students' performance skills and confidence. Direct and produce school productions, providing students with opportunities to showcase their talents and work collaboratively. Assess student progress, set targets, and provide constructive feedback to support individual learning journeys. Contribute to the department's curriculum development and resource creation. Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and stimulating learning environment. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching practice. We are looking for: A qualified teacher with QTS or equivalent. Excellent subject knowledge in Drama. A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
