About the Role: We are delighted to be working with a leading company based in Central Manchester, who are currently seeking a legal or financial professional to join their Mortgage Recoveries Team. This is an opportunity to manage cases undergoing the mortgage recoveries process, working closely with customers and third-party suppliers, and supporting ongoing litigation cases. We would be interested in hearing from anyone with experience in Collections, Recoveries, Mortgage and Arrears Litigation and Paralegals with a conveyancing or litigation background. Key Responsibilities: Manage communication with customers throughout the recovery process. Provide instructions to solicitors for ongoing litigation cases. Conduct income and expenditure assessments and evaluate suitability for pausing recovery actions based on customers' changing circumstances. Submit referrals to initiate or progress litigation cases. Assist with referrals for the appointment of LPA Receivers and manage related strategies. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Required Experience: Proven experience in recoveries and litigation with residential and buy-to-let mortgage arrears. Strong knowledge of LPA Receivers' powers and the appointment process. Experience with litigation processes and procedures. Experience liaising with third-party suppliers and external stakeholders. Company Benefits: 30 Days Holiday: Plus bank holidays.
