Location: Hybrid (Dorchester County Hospital 3 days a week, remote up to 2 days a week)
Hours: Full-Time (37.5 hours; flexible on when these are worked)

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the enhancement of our digital learning resources and make a real difference to our staff and the community we serve.
Role Overview: We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with subject matter experts and use the latest digital learning tools to create engaging and effective eLearning content for DCHFT staff. This role is ideal for someone passionate about learning, with a high level of computer literacy looking to build a career in eLearning development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the design and development of digital learning content using various eLearning authoring tools.
2. Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce engaging and value-adding interactive content that enables our people to do what they do best.
3. Support the administration, maintenance, and enhancement of existing eLearning materials.
4. Participate in user testing and gather feedback to improve the learning experience.
5. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital education and eLearning.
The post holder will be expected to communicate on a daily basis with:
* Subject Matter Experts
* Staff working at all levels across the Trust
* Outside agencies
The post holder will:
1. Provide and receive routine complex information from staff at all levels across the organisation and external contacts. Negotiating persuasive, empathetic or reassuring skills are required.
2. Plan and organise multiple complex work activities programmes over various different timescales.
3. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders coordinating and arranging initial meetings to discuss an eLearning project. Manage the project from initial discussions to final published content on the Oracle Learning Management System.
4. Provide data for reports to be submitted to various committees and boards.
5. Where appropriate, write and produce training support materials for users and support learners with any access-related issues to learning content.
6. Perform any other duties commensurate to the grade and as requested by line managers.
