Are you looking for a new role where you can develop your career?
As a Junior Account Manager, you will focus on our Prepared Retail business with the responsibility of supporting in driving new customer development and growth, as well as looking after our existing customer portfolio.
With customer account management responsibility of our Prepared accounts, you will have a key role in building excellent commercial, development, marketing, and technical relationships as you work to own and develop long-term customer plans.
What you will be doing:
You will be the first point of contact for our customers commercial team and ensure all their requests and targets are achieved
Support in developing a plan to grow the sales and profit of the prepared business unit in line with our long term strategy
Identify opportunities to grow the account and prepared business unit
Ownership of the budgeting, forecasting and longer-term planning for our prepared accounts to support procurement and business development
Support our internal departments with the creation of customer sell plans
Support our wider commercial team with daily and weekly reporting
Work on proactive management of any supply challenges and keep customers appraised
What we want from you:
Essential
FMCG or retail background with a passion for food
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong communication and organisational skills
Strong data analysis skills and the ability to make recommendations from data
Desirable
Experience of financial process application to support commercial relationships
Business degree or relevant qualification
