We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. You’ll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and creating strategies to fuel Hydrocore’s growth in the fire and safety industry.

Work Tasks
What are the main and secondary tasks of the position:
1. To connect with fire consultants, M&E companies, end users, and distributors in the assigned region.
2. To understand the market trend, identify projects pipeline, and bid to meet assigned sales targets.
3. To promote Hydrocore water mist system to all levels of customers and meet customer satisfaction.
4. To build and maintain long-term relationships with customers with good account management to maximize project wins.
5. To coordinate and lead the communication and cooperation with engineering, operations, etc., to ensure smooth delivery and service for customers.
6. To participate in sales-related activities such as industry conferences, exhibitions, and networking events to generate company awareness and sales opportunities.
7. To provide regular, timely, and accurate prospecting activity and sales reports, sales forecasts, and to keep accurate pipeline records.
