We are on a journey to deliver digital excellence and will be implementing a leading Derbyshire and South Staffordshire wide EPR system that will transform the quality of care for our patients and colleagues by having instantly accessible information using the latest mobile technology, reducing paper usage and utilising clinical decision support tools.

Main duties of the job
Providing high quality clinical guidance, supporting the development and delivery of the collaborative EPR strategy of UHDB and CRH. The role will foster clinical engagement and transformation within the programme workstreams and will support patient involvement, system training and education, whilst ensuring clinical safety throughout.
The Clinical Digital Change Lead is an advocate for all clinical staff working within the Organisation, ensuring best practice through the adoption of digital technologies, to enhance patient experience and quality of care.
The Clinical Digital Change Leads are instrumental to the delivery Trust's Digital Strategy and EPR programme. The role is also key in the identification and assessment of risk and the essential governance required to ensure safety.
This position serves as a key resource for implementing and optimising configuration, workflows, and system functionalities to improve usability and efficiency of the Trust's clinical systems, tools, and healthcare solutions, supporting the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care.
The post holder will plan and deliver role based training and education to optimise the functionality of the EPR and provide ongoing support to clinical staff. They will maintain documentation, promote staff digital engagement, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement digital transformation.
