We are seeking an experienced Sales Support Administratorto join a well-established company based in Pencoed.
The Role:
As Sales Support Administrator, your primary role is to provide dedicated administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring they can focus on achieving sales objectives. You will assist in managing sales documentation, coordinating customer enquiries, and maintaining accurate records. A key aspect of this role includes supporting the Sales Manager by helping prioritise tasks, streamline communications, and ensure effective follow-up on key activities. Your contributions will enhance customer satisfaction, streamline sales processes, and drive overall team success.
Main Duties:
Sales Administration and Coordination:
1. Prepare and process quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents with accuracy and efficiency.
2. Support the sales team in managing customer accounts by maintaining up-to-date CRM records and ensuring seamless follow-up on leads and opportunities.
