Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Halls of Residence, University of Liverpool
Residential Services are seeking to recruit an individual to provide comprehensive customer service within a busy campus-based Halls of Residence. Duties will include:
1. Working at reception handling a wide variety of enquiries.
2. Distribution of mail and parcels.
3. Carrying out health and safety checks.
4. Reporting repairs.
5. Responding to operational issues as required.
You should have a personable manner and excellent communication skills.
Minimum Requirements:
You should have 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English Language and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook. Relevant experience in a customer service/hospitality environment is essential. A uniform will be provided.
Working Hours: 1 x part-time post, 20 hours a week (Monday 2pm – 8pm, Friday 2pm – 8pm, Saturday 9:30am – 6pm).
