Our client is a housing association based in Norwich, they are seeking a customer service manager on a 9-month contract. They are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to develop and manage our Customer Service team, ensuring residents receive a high level of service.
Your new role
1. The ability to review and enhance customer service processes.
2. Monitor performance and complaints data.
3. Overall responsibility for the Customer Services Team.
4. Proactively seeks good practice within and outside the housing sector to make service improvements.
What you'll need to succeed
1. At least 3 years experience of leading and managing a customer service team.
2. Significant people management experience demonstrating excellent coaching skills.
3. Experience of working in a customer services environment.
4. Experience providing and monitoring performance data, and using that data to implement improvements.
What you'll get in return
1. £37,000- £40,000 Salary.
2. Hybrid working.
3. Fixed-term contract for 9 months.
