HR Advisor Location: Birmingham - Hybrid Salary: Up to £35,000 Contract: Permanent | Full-time Shape the future of employee relations. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting managers, resolving complex cases, and driving a positive workplace culture. Provide expert HR advice to managers and leaders, ensuring alignment with company policies, employment law, and best practices.
Manage complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary actions, grievances, performance management, absence, and investigations, ensuring compliance and fair outcomes.
Analyse ER trends, identifying key themes and making proactive recommendations to improve policies, reduce risk, and enhance employee experience.
Support change management initiatives, including restructures, TUPE transfers, and policy development.
Proven experience as an HR Advisor, Employee Relations Specialist, or HR Generalist in a fast-moving environment.
Strong knowledge of UK employment law, with a track record of successfully managing employee relations cases.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex HR processes in a clear and engaging way.
A proactive mindset, always looking for opportunities to improve policies, processes, and employee experiences.
You take a solutions-focused approach, solving problems with commercial awareness and fairness.
