What You'll Do
As a Customer Team Leader at Co-op, you'll play a key role in ensuring our stores remain safe, legal, and fully operational. You'll manage diligence checks and stock accuracy to provide a great shopping experience for our customers.
You'll also support your store manager by deputising when they're not working and delivering various HR processes. Additionally, you'll lead the way in introducing new products and services, working closely with your team to implement change and encourage open and honest feedback.
Our ideal candidate will have a genuine care for the needs of customers and members, with great people skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
They'll also possess strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with a desire to learn, grow and develop their leadership skills.
Finally, they'll need to be flexible and able to work a range of different shifts.
