About the role
Working Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 16:30, you will be responsible for:
* Oversee the receipt and dispatch of goods into and out of the warehouse.
* Assign workloads and daily tasks to the warehouse and local distribution team.
* Respond to customer queries and troubleshoot problems effectively.
* Ensure warehouse areas are clean and well-maintained.
* Help oversee and coordinate daily local deliveries.
* Adhere to health and safety policies, contribute to safe systems of work, and ensure defect reporting processes are followed.
About you
The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with excellent communication skills, a proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service, and the capacity to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar role is highly beneficial. While an HGV licence is desirable, it is not essential.
