As our next Site Manager, you’ll be driving the operations of the Repair and Maintenance team for Yorkshire Water's network. As the Front Line Manager, you will be part of our Operations Team who are responsible for the Repair and Maintenance of Yorkshire Water's water network. You will be site-based at our Normanton office covering West Yorkshire. Your remit will be to lead and manage site teams and report to the Project Manager. Set targets for day/week that are clearly understood by the team. Carry out Standby Duties and support SHEQ in toolbox talks, QA memos, liaise with clients and highways. Co-ordinate resources to ensure delivery of required daily productivity. Monitor the quality performance of works.
You'll be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of maintenance projects. This role requires an individual who is dedicated to delivering high-quality results. Leading a team of skilled technicians, your role is to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
The Key Requirements...
* Good knowledge of health and safety in the utility industry
* Full clean driving License
* Ability to work with and manage subcontractors
