Requirements:
* You will be required to demonstrate a person-centred approach to your work, good understanding of the Care Act (2014) and the London Multi-Agency Adult Safeguarding Procedures.
* You will require excellent communication skills with the ability to work with a diverse range of agencies and teams across the Borough.
* Good IT skills are essential.
What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
* Social Work England registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK licence
* Post-qualified experience
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
