Job Title: Account Manager (Cyber Security) Location: Leeds – hybrid, 3 days in the office, 2 at home Salary: From £28,000 OTE to £50,000 commission accelerators Contract type: Permanent LI-Hybrid About the role We are looking for an Account Manager to join our sales team in Leeds. This role will manage around 80 – 90 warm customer accounts and focus on cyber security solutions. ARO provide best of breed cyber security technologies. We work with our clients in education, public and private sectors to design and implement a wide variety of solutions to meet their ever changing Cyber Security needs. We work with a number of leading vendors to ensure that we can define, implement, facilitate and support the right solution for our customer's specific requirements. Our account managers are highly trained and self-motivated, enabling them to surpass their personal sales targets, whilst always delivering exceptional service and the ARO message Please note that this is a Hybrid role with onsite requirement 3 days a week. You must be able to commute to the office and have your own transport. What you’ll do Schedule and attend meetings with clients, to discuss project updates and goals. Understand and communicate the value proposition to help the customer understand how it will improve their business’s cyber security Generate leads and work customers through our consultive customer engagement sales model Earn trust and develop relationships with senior executives by displaying knowledge, professionalism and relevance to business issues. Account Management- Work with your account base and ensuring that we are their cyber security partner, up-selling/ cross-selling and ensuring that we deliver the best service possible Maintain a close relationship with our in-house technical support team to aid with account management and supporting new business opportunities Work closely with Marketing and Sales by following up on a variety of sales campaigns. Requirements What we are looking for? Essential We are looking for someone from a sales or account management background with experience of managing customer accounts and relationships Proven experience in generating new opportunities and working towards target and KPI's Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills Good phone, prospecting, sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills Sharing best practise and constantly working to increase development and knowledge An ambitious attitude to succeed and achieve career progression Full UK driving license and own car Desirable A background in Cyber Security sales Benefits Who are we?
