This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary to provide vital administrative support within a busy conveyancing department, working alongside a highly skilled and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting solicitors with all administrative tasks related to residential property transactions.
* Managing correspondence, emails, and telephone calls, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
* Drafting legal documents, including contracts, completion statements, and forms.
* Organising and maintaining accurate client files and documentation.
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and third parties throughout the conveyancing process.
* Providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationships.
* Performing general office duties, including photocopying, scanning, filing, and occasional reception cover.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or Conveyancing Secretary, ideally within a residential conveyancing environment.
