You will be joining a team who provide both technical and non-technical support to Project Managers and the delivery teams. Preparing and uploading documents to cloud based platforms Collating project information for the purpose of construction, H&S audits/requirements, Operation and Maintenance files and archiving Archiving project data from SharePoint Assisting Project managers in their monthly management duties Providing assistance with the updating of contractual programmes and monitoring progress in project planning software such as Excel or MS Project Maintaining data in relation to Work Items and Quotations on a monthly basis on behalf of Project Managers to assist with data management and resource planning Supporting with timely project billing and action steps required for payment escalation Assisting in project closures, audits, reviews and preparation of project fact sheets Taking minutes at meetings and distributing as required Assisting Project Managers in the administration and delivery of project management tasks Completing delegated tasks and balancing work objectively across different projects or between multiple project managers. Using internal and external data and information responsibly, setting up, supporting and maintaining Common Data Environments (CDE) Preparing and uploading documents to cloud based repositories Undertaking audits for the project team to ensure conformance with JBA information management standards Advising project teams on information management processes and required documentation. The team member we’re looking for We are looking for someone who is interested in working as part of a team and looking to develop their skills towards project management. This role is ideal for someone comng from an administrative background who is looking for a varied role where no two days are the same. You need to be able to think logically, balance competing project priorities and remain professional at all times. You will become a crucial member within our Project Support Community and help with the mentoring of less experienced team members. Qualifications Five GCSE's or equivalent (Grades 9 to 4 (A to C)) including Maths and English and demonstrable administration experience. Desirable attributes for the role Some project support experience would be advantageous but not essential.
