Requirements of the Registered Mental Health Nurse:
Must hold a relevant nursing qualification with current registration.
Demonstrates excellent teamwork abilities, high self-motivation, and adaptability. Our units operate 24/7, requiring nursing staff to work various shift patterns, including weekends, bank holidays, and nights.
Possesses a strong drive to pursue ongoing personal learning and professional development.
