The duties, responsibilities and skills: Overseeing all
aspects of the dining experience, including setting up
reservations, seating guests, and checking IDs Record

order in the dining area by monitoring the volume of
customers to ensure that wait times are reasonable

The ability to manage a team of employees Some
experience of working at a supervisor level in a food
service environment is essential. Fluent in the English
