Job Title:Electrical/ Electronic Engineering Trainer
Pay and working hours:
* Per hour/Salary: £32,000 - £38,262
* Working hours: 37
* £6000 government grant if successful applying from the Engineering industry
Experience Needed:
You would need at least 5 years experience working within the Engineering industry. You do not need any tutor/ trainer experience as full training will be provided if successful.
Desired Qualifications:
HNC/ D
Level 3
Teacher Qualification (desirable)
Responsibilities:
As an Electrical/Electronics Engineering Trainer, you will play a vital role in delivering engaging and effective training across apprenticeship and Further Education (FE) pathways. Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering both practical and theoretical training sessions to a diverse range materials, including online resources.
* Conducting progress reviews with students and employers, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.
* Undertaking assessments, providing effective feedback, and driving continuous improvement.
* Supporting student success by liaising with colleagues to monitor enrolment, retention, and achievement.
* Maintaining professional knowledge through continuous professional development
