The role is envisaged to be for three days per week. The company has 3 offices and 50 staff. The main responsibilities are:Managing the companies recruitment process, including sending out offers and contractsEnsuring the company meets its statutory personnel and training responsibilitiesCarrying out the induction processManaging the Interviewing process and interviewing for administration staffManagement of the Employee benefit schemeProviding data to the board in respect of the annual pay review process including both internal and industry wide dataManaging the process when an employee leaves the companyDealing with routine staffing queries throughout the organisationAssisting supervisors with staff developmentManagement of the Disciplinary and grievance processManagement of the annual Appraisal systemIdentifying and providing training in respect of health and safety, customer care, conflict managementManaging the company's apprenticeship scheme
