We have an exciting vacancy to join Aspris as our new Payroll & Finance Systems Lead We are looking for someone who will be responsible for the administration of Aspris HR & Payroll System and Finance Reporting Systems; This includes developing, implementing and modifying system configuration requirements based on changing business requirements and reporting outputs. You will collaborate with the People team, Finance & IT to develop standards, oversee software implementations, process improvement and automation, as well specific projects that drive value to the organisation. What are we looking for? A degree level qualification and or/equivalent experience in a relevant field Confident knowledge and experience with MS Products and Azure infrastructure Knowledge and use of a HR Information System, with understanding of Payroll and HR data Excellent organisational skills and ability to effectively balance and prioritise conflicting priorities Ability to effectively communicate with colleagues of all levels within the business Demonstrable ability to build strong relationships with Senior Stakeholders Knowledge of key business applications & processes used in HR & Payroll, Pensions & Benefits, Recruitment/Onboarding and Finance. Resilience and determination to deliver, with demonstrable ownership of issues. An enquiring and analytical mind, which can look beyond the obvious to determine root causes. Ability to assimilate and interpret large volumes and information. Significant experience of the manipulation and presentation of data. Previous experience with iTrent & Planning Analytics. Experience of working with external third parties to receive and exchange data. Experience and engagement with multiple management levels across technical users and business units. Previous experience of exposure of working with large volume data loads. What will you get in return?
