JOB DESCRIPTION
As the Sales Coordinator in Kintore, you will handle sales and customer service for Wireline & Flowline Capital Products, ensuring exceptional service delivery and acting as the voice of the customer. You'll support the entire sales process, from quotations to delivery, embodying our "FIRST to the Customer" strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support: Prepare accurate and competitive quotations by evaluating customer requirements, costing, and technical specifications. Respond promptly to inquiries, providing pricing, lead times, and technical details.
2. Quotation Management: Submit quotations in line with departmental KPIs and follow up with customers to record and report statuses.
3. Order Processing: Coordinate with operations to check component availability and schedule delivery dates, ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer purchase orders.
4. Delivery Management: Work closely with the operations team to manage lead times and on-time delivery.
5. Customer Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring professional and timely responses. Resolve any issues related to technical clarifications or accounts receivable.
6. CRM Management: Create and maintain sales opportunity records, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of sales activities.
7. Collaboration: Work with Sales Engineers, the Engineering team, and the finance department to support technical clarifications, identify new opportunities, and resolve payment issues.
8. Problem Solving: Handle complex customer scenarios by demonstrating sound judgment and finding solutions under tight deadlines.
9. Record Maintenance: Maintain organized electronic records of all sales transactions in accordance with departmental standards.
10. Customer Focus: Drive customer-centric strategies by fostering strong internal and external relationships and continuously improving the sales process.
Required Skills and Experience:
Essential:
1. Previous experience within a similar role.
2. Proven ability to evaluate and apply technical and commercial information.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
4. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Experience working in a customer-facing role with a focus on service excellence.
6. Proficiency in managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Desirable:
1. Previous experience in Wireline sales or operational environments.
2. Familiarity with CRM systems and processes.
