Warehouse Replenishment Operator We are seeking a diligent and organized Warehouse Replenishment Operator to join our team. The Replenishment Operator will play a key role in maintaining optimal stock levels within the warehouse, ensuring that inventory is accurately stocked and accessible for order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Replenishment : Regularly monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed to maintain optimal levels for order fulfillment. Stock Organization : Organize and stock items in their designated locations for easy access, following company procedures to maintain efficient flow and orderliness. Order Fulfillment Support : Collaborate with other team members to support accurate and timely order picking and packing. Inventory Accuracy : Perform periodic inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy, and report any discrepancies to management. Equipment Operation : Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and stock pickers to move and stock inventory. Safety Compliance : Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment, report safety hazards, and participate in safety training sessions. Documentation : Complete and maintain accurate logs, forms, and other necessary documentation related to inventory movement and stock levels. Communication : Coordinate effectively with warehouse supervisors, stock controllers, and other team members to ensure smooth operations and address any issues promptly. About You Qualifications and Skills: Experience : Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory-related role preferred. Physical Requirements : Ability to lift and move heavy items, stand or walk for extended periods, and work in varying temperature conditions. Attention to Detail : Strong accuracy in inventory handling and an eye for detail. Basic Math Skills : Ability to perform basic arithmetic for inventory counting and stock monitoring. Equipment Proficiency : Familiarity with operating warehouse equipment; certification in forklift operation may be required or provided.
