What HFH offers: Where possible we will offer you work to meet your availability and as a guide, the average carer works three shifts (36hrs) per week for us and earns £500 - 555 p/wk. The regular working patterns that our clients require mean this three day a week work pattern equates to an average annual income of between £26,200 - £28,950. Our client loves spending his time watching Big Bang theory, Simpsons and all feel good TV Programmes. He is non verbal but he has his own notable way of communicating which makes it easy for you to know when he is happy, frustrated or confused. Do not be fooled, although he is non verbal he loves being spoken to directly and have fun with his carers. Our client has a tracheostomy and is very complex so we are looking for someone who is experienced in tracheostomy and passionate about care they provide. Someone looking for their next client where the rewards far outweigh the challenges. The right carer will be someone fun, patient, kind, likes to be busy and on their feet.
