It&x2019;s an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a flexible role with an immediate start. Key Responsibilities: Support students with SEN in the classroom during morning lessons. Provide 1:1 or small group assistance, helping children engage with the curriculum and make progress. Assist the class teacher in creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Implement and follow individual education plans IEPs and monitor student progress. Help manage behaviour and encourage positive social and emotional development. Requirements: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, ideally within an SEN setting. Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with students. A relevant qualification in supporting teaching and learning is desirable. Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude. Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
