Centrality is seeking a highly skilled Technical Services Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day internal IT systems of the Company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain the Company's internal IT systems, ensuring they are running smoothly and efficiently.
* Provide technical support and assistance to employees, resolving IT-related issues and queries.
* Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and systems, improving the overall IT infrastructure.
* Develop and maintain documentation for IT systems and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in IT systems management and technical support.
* Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
