You will be providing personalised care and support to adults with learning disabilities, all who have unique support needs. To provide this care we require warm, motivated and person-centred Relief Support Workers with a keen interest in providing personalised support to meet individual care plans. You will work in the principle of Creative Support, promoting active and independent lifestyles for the adults you support. You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to provide respectful personal care. Your Duties As a Relief Support Worker Will Include Providing respectful care, as well as practical and emotional support to the service users at our Wakefield services.
