Responsibilities of the Financial Controller
* Manage all aspects of the company's financial operations including accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
* Develop and implement financial strategies for the business.
* Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements relating to finance.
* Provide strategic recommendations to enhance financial performance and new business opportunities.
* Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.
* Research technical accounting issues for compliance.
* Support month-end and year-end close process.
What the successful candidate will bring
* Fully Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA)
* Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role.
* Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
* Strong leadership and organisational skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers.
