Job Purpose:
We are seeking a skilled Repair Cell Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in high-precision soldering, pad and track repair, and BGA (Ball Grid Array) operations. This role is critical to ensuring the quality and reliability of our electronic products.
Main Duties:
* Perform high-precision soldering on various electronic components.
* Conduct pad and track repairs on printed circuit boards (PCBs).
* Operate and maintain BGA rework stations.
* Document repair processes and maintain accurate records.
* Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Person Specification:
* Proven experience in high-precision soldering and PCB repair. Proficiency in pad and track repair techniques.
* Experience with BGA rework and repair.
* Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Certification in soldering or electronics repair.
