About the Role
We are currently seeking a skilled Head of Estates and Operations to join our client's logistics team in Birmingham. This exciting opportunity involves leading a team of four Facilities Managers and an Engineering Manager across four sites to drive operational excellence and align with business objectives.
The successful candidate will have significant experience in facilities and automation management, preferably within a Logistics or Manufacturing setting. Their primary focus will be on driving improvement initiatives, optimising facilities operations, and ensuring seamless collaboration between teams.
* Spearhead facilities and automation projects across multiple sites, leveraging commercial expertise to achieve strategic goals.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
* Leverage data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive efficiency gains across the organisation.
* Develop and execute comprehensive facility management plans to meet business objectives.
* Foster strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
* Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress against key performance indicators.
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure the company remains compliant and competitive.
