As a TPI Partner Manager, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, managing and developing key partnerships in the fast-paced SME sector. You’ll showcase our cutting-edge real-time pricing portal, exceed sales targets, and deliver a seamless experience for our partners.

Roles and responsibilities
●Build and nurture relationships with new and existing TPI partners to drive business growth.
●Promote Jellyfish Energy’s services and real-time pricing portal to partners, demonstrating its value.
●Achieve personal and team sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
●Monitor competitor and TPI activities, identifying opportunities to stay ahead in the market.
●Organise and lead partner events, including presentations and workshops, to strengthen relationships.
●Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and resolve partner queries promptly.
●Provide insights and feedback from partners to support the continuous improvement of products and services.
Qualifications and Experience
●Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in the energy sector or a similar fast-paced industry.
●Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
●Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
●Results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
●Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
●Familiarity with the SME market and energy sector is a plus.
