Job summary HOW YOU CAN HELP TO DEVELOP FUTURE GPS AND THE PRIMARY CARE WORKFORCE OF TOMORROW IN KENT, SURREY AND SUSSEX (KSS) The Primary Care Educator Pathway Academic Clinical Lead will assist and work with the KSS Primary Care Dean, Head of School for General Practice and the Head of School for Primary Care to provide co-ordination, provision, management and promotion of postgraduate professional development activities across Kent, Surrey and Sussex. This exciting role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for education and a commitment to enhancing the skills and knowledge of the primary care educator workforce whilst contributing to the development of specialised skills and educational resources for trainees and learners. This will be enabled by leading Professional Development in the following areas; the KSS Educator Pathway and its faculty, current GP Educators and the growing Multi-professional Faculty to meet the needs of the future workforce.
