About the role:
We are seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager responsible for managing, developing, and reporting on Themis’ digital marketing ecosystem across multiple brands globally. Reporting to the CMO, this role supports our strategic revenue and brand goals, focusing on Websites, Email Marketing, and Social Media. We have an amazing content team in-house, and creative freelancer network second to none.
Responsibilities
**Website:**
* Manage CMS (Webflow, Umbraco, Hubspot).
* SEO and PPC (ideally experience in niche B2B).
* Maintain and update partner and client sites (G2, Capterra, WWF, etc).
**Email Marketing:**
* Deep expertise in HubSpot a must have.
* Own nurture and communications activity (newsletter, PR outreach, form flows).
* Collaborate closely with sales to drive data hygiene (weekly drive to build data).
* Develop dashboard and reporting systems.
* Plan and implement automation and lead scoring initiatives.
**Social Media:**
* Manage all social media platforms, working with CMO to drive strategy and reporting.
* Lead internal training, competition, and uptick on social selling.
* Own LinkedIn Live and Groups initiatives, support WhatsApp marketing.
Qualities and qualifications
* Team player with strong project management skills.
* Attention to detail.
* Proficiency in MENA region and/or Arabic is a major plus.
* Aligned with the vision to create a high-performing and revenue-focused Marketing team.
* Some knowledge of financial crime beneficial, however all Themis employees received ICA certified training of their choice as a requirement yearly.
Process:
* We are conducting a thorough process starting in late November 2024 with the target of hiring early 2025 (February)
* Applications will be received throughout December 2024 and early January 2025.
* Our aim is to communicate with all applicants by mid-January 2025.
* We aim to conduct interviews in February 2025.
